Professional Equality Index
The Professional Equality Index was designed as a simple and practical tool. It enables companies to measure pay gaps between women and men and highlights areas for improvement where these disparities are unjustified. The index is scored out of 100 and consists of four main criteria that assess gender inequality in companies.
